3. Auschreibung
Die DAK hatte 36 neue Substanzen ausgeschrieben.
Die Ausschreibung erfolgte in Kooperation mit der Hanseatischen Krankenkasse, hkk und der BKK Axel Springer und bedient ca. 6,6 Mio Versicherte. Vertragsbeginn ist der 1.10.2011. Die Verträge sollen 2 Jahre laufen. Pro Los konnten maximal 3 Hersteller einen Zuschlag erhalten.6 Lose wurden inzwischen wieder zurückgezogen.

2. Auschreibung
August 2010 wurden von der DAK neue Substanzen ausgeschrieben.
Vertragsgegenstand dieser Ausschreibung waren 54 Wirkstoffe bzw. Wirkstoffkombinationen.
Start dieser Verträge war der 1.1.2011. Die Verträge sollen zwei Jahre laufen. Die Laufzeit kann optional um bis zu zwei weitere Jahre verlängert werden. Pro Los haben maximal drei Hersteller einen Zuschlag erhalten.

1. Ausschreibung
Diese DAK-Ausschreibung erfolgte in Kooperation mit der Hanseatischen Krankenkasse, hkk, Hamburg-Münchener Krankenkasse und der IKK Hamburg.
Am 20.11.2009 wurden 94 weitere Wirkstoffe ausgeschrieben.
Diese Verträge sind am 01.06.2010 in Kraft getreten, laufen für zwei Jahre und gelten für 7,1 Mio. Versicherte. Pro Wirkstoff erhalten je drei Hersteller einen Zuschlag.
